Warranty Coverage

In accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16th November, approving the codified text of the General Law for the defence of consumers and users, Flamenco West answers to non-conformity claims during a one-year period from the delivery of the product.

Reporting a Non-Conformity

In case of disagreement, within one month you must inform us of the lack of conformity regarding the product by sending an email to sales@flamencowest.com including your personal information, the invoice reference number, and the anomaly detected.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, Flamenco West will be responsible for the delivery costs, as well as labour and materials.

Return Conditions

The article to be returned must be properly packed. The packaging must be in perfect condition and include all original accessories and instructions in order to be accepted for return.

Manufacturer Documentation

Warranty documents included by the equipment manufacturers must be read by the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover faults and damage produced by external events, accidents (especially electrical accidents), normal wear, or improper use contrary to the instructions provided.

The warranty will be invalidated if the product is manipulated or repaired by the customer or any other unauthorized person.
