Shipment and Delivery Period

Shipping for purchases made through our online shop www.flamencowest.com is carried out using FedEx or UPS. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the weight of the order.

The delivery period may vary depending on the destination country, but it is normally between 2 and 8 working days (Monday to Friday) for in-stock shoes.

For custom-made shoes, an additional manufacturing period of approximately 6 weeks must be added to the delivery time.

There are other items available on www.flamencowest.com whose delivery period differs from the standard one. In those cases, the estimated delivery time is specified on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistical issues or force majeure circumstances. If for any reason we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you and offer you the option to continue with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipment Impossibility and Order Processing

Although we make every effort to process all confirmed orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that require us to refuse the processing of an order after the order confirmation has been sent. We reserve the right to do so at any time.

Flamenco West will not be liable to you or to any third party if we remove any product from the website www.flamencowest.com, regardless of whether the product has been sold or not. We also reserve the right to remove or modify any material or content on the website and to refuse to process an order even after confirmation has been sent.
